Sophie Salvatore Wellbeing professional and former Associate Director of Employer Services and Benefits Innovation at Silicon Valley Employers Forum. Previously she worked as a Senior Manager and Global Benefits Consultant.
Dreams don’t sit with companies but rather they sit in the hearts of people. Through non-profit management focused on benefits, I’ve been an active participant in engaging in ways to modernize benefits for all. Our shared and different experiences allow us to build communities of belonging - yet people continue to suffer due to lack of access, health bias, issues of quality and equity. Through benefits innovation, facilitating employer discussions, and developing an understanding of global benefits I am a part of a workforce committed to improving outcomes for employees, families, caregivers, elders - in short everyone.
